In Bambu Studio, on your vase preset:
0.4 nozzle, 0.20 mm layers.

Bottom shell layers at least 6.
Seam: aligned, at the back. On fluted tiers it hides in a valley.
Textured tiers add material on the outside only, so the bore stays smooth and the wall never thins. The relief prints solid, which is why a textured piece weighs more and slices slower than a plain one.
Colour zones arrive as parts mapped to AMS slots; check them before slicing.
The 3MF carries the wall loop count and bottom shell layers as per-object settings. Right-click the object and open its settings to confirm they arrived; if they did not, set wall loops on the process instead, or the middle of a thick wall prints as sparse infill.
Self-watering designs include a small cylinder for the fill hole; it should import as a cut-out (negative part). If it shows solid, right-click it and set it to negative.
